knowledge will help you make better decisions about how much to eat and when to
eat. For example, if you enter a restaurant for lunch and discover that your
number of hunger is only 2 , then you can choose to just have a drink or have
something light , like a salad . You'll leave feeling pleasantly full
restaurant, instead of stuffed

Think
about how many calories it will prevent you from eating ! Simple and effective.
2 . Use a plug. We often have to eat too
much because of the situation we are in. For example , have you ever been to
the cinema and ordered a large popcorn , just because it seems like the right
thing to do ? We all popcorn associated with movies, but if you notice that
your number of hunger is low, then you may want to not engage in any calories.
This
is when a plug can be practical. You can eat popcorn and then put a plug in the
mouth. That's all changing the taste you have in your mouth , try a sweet
strong mint or a piece of gum . This gives you an opportunity to get away from
eating and allows time for the stomach to tell your brain that you are full.
This works very well to avoid the dessert too!
