Do You Have A Food Addiction? Would You Like To Change Your Mindset, Take Control And Lose Weight ?

The first step towards changing problems realize that you have a problem . A food addiction is like any other addiction, because we all need to eat to live. It is difficult and you can not go without eating. It is a daily struggle to keep in check

 However, it can be done and when you get under control, it is much easier to manage. It may not seem like you have an addiction to food , but you need to watch all the time. When people tell you that you are or that you have lost weight and now you can eat what you want, you should be aware and continue to follow you. Anyone who is over 100 pounds overweight, like me, unless it is due to health factors , probably has a food addiction . You may have a food addiction when you have much less to lose as well .

It can easily return . It can creep slowly as once on a diet that you start eating a little more each day until suddenly (though this was not really sudden ) you've gained 10 pounds
It's like any other addiction in that you have to be aware of when and why you overeat . It can be caused by stress, money problems , health problems , work, family problems, relationship problems. It may just be that you like to eat a lot
Whatever the reason , you must find another way to address problems or find pleasure . Get busy , working on hobbies , clean your house , talk to a friend, spend time with your family
I lost over 100 pounds on my own and kept off safely and permanently without drugs , support groups , lap band surgery , the kitchen of the house or exercise . I gave up and thought I'd just have to accept what I thought my fate. But I turned around . I'm 58 , disabled , middle age , menopause, can not exercise because of neuropathy, and I did it without pills or support groups. I am slim and much healthier now than I was before I lost weight. I realized and accepted that I had a food addiction . Reconcile with you if you do. This is really the first step to getting it under control
Here is the most important key to get this under control so be careful - It does not matter how old you are or if you are healthy or disabled , if you finally make up your mind that you will do this , it works for you. Always remember that . It does not matter what your age or physical abilities or limitations are
Another key element is that you must be a place in your life where you are finally ready to succeed no matter what you have to do it safely and how long it takes . You have to make up your mind that this time it will work period !
If you have ever lost even a book , you already know what you have to do to lose weight! You know you're going to have to exercise discipline , courage, strength and patience. You'll need those as well to get your food addiction under control
You have to realize that you had the key all the time - the power to change your life! Each time you accomplish a goal that you set your mind to take the necessary steps to accomplish this goal. It's the same thing . You must accept that you have an eating disorder , plan your steps on how you will solve this problem and follow through . Rationalize the problem and find the solution. This is your state of mind. Follow your plan to get it under control and in time you will accomplish your goal , as you plan the steps to achieving any goal or daily task.

Understand and accept that from now you'll have to watch what you eat on a daily basis at all times. This is very important. Keep track of the foods you like to eat , their caloric intake and the number of calories you need to lose weight and maintain your weight once you reach your goal . Find lower-calorie foods to enjoy yourself that high calorie foods help replace . Then stick to your daily amount of calories and do not exceed this amount. You will need to do from now on . Otherwise, you can easily start eating like your old self and the weight can come right back . It will also be easier for your addiction to still take that now, you will eat more sweets or whatever you like to eat. Remember your old patterns of change

Having a good support group or a rebate to a person who can share your journey with you. Journal your story if that helps
This will work for you! You 'll be healthier , happier and more confident than you were able to actually accomplish this very important goal. Always keep the faith because you can . Believe in yourself and never give up! It is a long struggle of life, but it can be controlled
